    Will the service be ongoing?

Transport for NSW is trialling the service to see what the response to it is, along with identifying any issues that may effect on-time running. At the end of the trial an assessment of the service will be made. We are encouraging people who use the service to provide their feedback as this helps us shape future services.

What if there are more people waiting for a bus, than the capacity of the bus?

Customers will receive their ticket/s via email so there is no need to print tickets. Drivers will also be provided with a list of ticket holders for each service, meaning lost tickets are a thing of the past.
