Community Engagement Survey

Transport for Tomorrow have been working with Laing O’Rourke and KBR to deliver infrastructure improvements across the rail network on the South Coast, as part of the More Trains, More Services (MTMS) program, in preparation for the introduction of the Mariyung Fleet. 

We would like your feedback on the way we keep you informed about construction activities relating to the projects we are delivering. This survey will take no more than five minutes to complete and will be used to inform and improve the way we communicate with our stakeholders and the community. 

All data and information collected will be used solely for the purposes of communicating with you about these projects. The information you provide will be kept confidential.

Timing

Our regular communications include monthly community notifications, notifications advising of any out of hours work, website updates and signage at project sites to keep stakeholders and the community informed as the projects progress.

Our objectives

Our communication objectives are to:

  • Build awareness of the More Trains, More Services projects we are delivering on behalf of Transport for NSW, and the benefits the program will deliver for customers and the community
  • Ensure the community and stakeholders are kept informed of planned works and provided with opportunities to discuss concerns and issues as appropriate
  • Minimise risk to local residents and other community members
  • Identify key stakeholders and engage with stakeholders about likely mitigation measures
  • Promptly respond to all enquiries about the project and construction .
