  • Thank you for agreeing to undertake this Customer Satisfaction Survey for Woolwich Wharf. Your feedback is important to us.

    This wharf was recently upgraded, to make public transport safe, inclusive and easy to use for all passengers, especially people with disability, older people, people with prams or luggage and others who may be experiencing mobility problems. 

    The wharf upgrade included a floating pontoon connected to land by an uncovered gangway and entry bridge, upgrades to the waiting shelter and toilet, footpath improvements, and provision of accessible parking spaces and kiss and ride spaces.

    This station was recently upgraded, to make public transport safe, inclusive and easy to use for all passengers, especially people with disability, older people, people with prams or luggage and others who may be experiencing mobility problems. 

    This upgrade included lift access, an accessible ramp to the shopping village, new accessible parking, a family accessible and ambulant toilet, improved CCTV and lighting, and wayfinding signage improvements.
