Early last year Transport for NSW offered a new service to alert freight operators about unplanned traffic changes on State roads.
Thank you for being one of the many operators who has taken up the invitation to subscribe to this this service. These messages are sent in addition to the notifications we send about planned disruptions, like those associated with roadwork.
Since the launch of the service we have sent more than 120 notifications about unplanned disruptions that affect heavy vehicle freight journeys.
We are now asking for your feedback to make sure the notifications are delivering useful information to freight operators about unplanned disruptions.
We have created a short survey. It only takes a couple of minutes to complete, but will help us improve the service and information we provide.
