Transport for Tomorrow (TransforT) Stakeholder Engagement Survey

Transport for Tomorrow (TransforT), an incentivised Delivery Entity comprising of Laing O'Rourke, KBR and Transport for NSW is delivering all More Trains, More Services Projects between Mortdale and Kiama and Metro Enabling Work at St Marys, North Strathfield and Westmead.

We strive to develop and maintain strong relationships with our valued stakeholders across our projects. We are always looking for ways to improve how we engage with our key stakeholders and would invite you to let us know how we can better communicate and work with you and your team.

We would like to invite you to complete a short survey (approximately 5 - 10 minutes) by Friday, 19 August 2022, so we can identify areas that are working well and those that need improvement.

We value your time and assure you that your feedback will be communicated to the relevant directors in TransforT to ensure continuous improvement in how we engage with you.

How to provide feedback

For each question, please highlight the score that corresponds with your assessment of TransforT’s performance, and where appropriate, provide comments to assist us in understanding the assessment of our performance.

Scoring Points Description

TransforT will be scored on a sliding scale of 0-9. 0 being unsatisfactory, 1-4 being below expectations category (from poor to slightly below minimum requirements), 5 being the mid-point (minimum conditions of satisfaction), 6-8 being exceeds expectations category (from slightly above to significantly above minimum requirements) and 9 being outstanding.

Please provide comments for each score you provide from 0 to 9 (scale below) in the comments section. For the scores below 6, follow-up meeting will be scheduled to discuss the feedback with you.
