In September 2024, Transport for NSW received planning approval to build a new battery electric bus depot at Macquarie Park at 1A–1B Talavera Road, Macquarie Park as part of the Zero Emission Buses (ZEB) Program.

Since then, we've identified design refinements during our detailed design process to improve visual amenity, deliver the project more efficiently and maintain the construction schedule.
